The principal activities of the Group comprise manufacturing, sourcing, marketing and distribution of office furniture to customers mainly in Malaysia, Hong Kong and the PRC. The products supplied by the Group can be categorised into desks, chairs, system furniture and other related items. The Group designs, manufactures and sells office furniture products under its own registered brandname of D'Bon.

The D'Bon products currently comprise Marble, Vincci and Meta Series of desks, and Combo 123 and DB 88 of system furniture.

The Group's headquarters is in Hong Kong, where coordination activities are carried out to regulate its management, sales, marketing finance and administration operations in each business location. The Group also operates production plants of approximately 2 acres in Malaysia to ensure reliable sources of supplies and better pricing for the benefit of its customers.
